seamar has open arms to anyone that needs help, my experience has been nothing but pleasant. my personal counselor margret has put a positive mark in every aspect in my life. she cares about each individual and does everything in her power to show you the steps to a healthy life style.

I love seamar. I have learned a lot of life skills. Margret is the best counselor ever, she is so sweet, give you the best advice, listen to you all day long, and show you that she actually cares. Seamar is a medical clinic. They do very well with Behavioral health for me. My ARNP and counselor are great people as well. Patience is a virtue. Everyone has to wait and I have seen horrible clinics. Seamar does just fine in my opinion.

Sea Mar Behavioral Health Clinic in Lynnwood WA is filled with Beautiful Souls that want to see you shine. I just passed my 6 month mark and thanks to every person I have met I am making remarkable progress. They offer therapy and groups such as Trauma Focused Behavioral Therapy, DBT, and Interpersonal Skills which I know of. I have two trauma based therapy groups left. That group has given me tools and helped me recognize strengths I never saw. I can not wait to begin DBT and interpersonal skills. To those that were assigned to me I thank you from the bottom of my heart. To my group members I will never forget how Amazing you are.
